Bring some springtime joy into your home by creating a simple, beautiful Easter deco mesh wreath. This wreath is a perfect addition to your Easter Decor. Not only is this wreath colorful, it is very simple and fun to make.
This festive, deco mesh wreath adds a touch of freshness to your Easter decor. All supplies to make this beautiful wreath were, nonetheless, purchased at our local Dollar Store.
This post is about how to make an Easter Deco Mesh Wreath.

1 | Gather Supplies to Create Your Easter deco mesh Wreath
You’ll need six 6″ rolls of deco mesh, chenille stems and a 14″ wreath base to make this Easter deco mesh wreath. Surprisingly, I bought all of the supplies at the Dollar Store. You will also need a rotary cutter, some craft clips, a self healing mat and a glue gun.

2 | Cut the Chenille Stems
I bought some white chenille stems because of the light pastel colors used in the Deco Mesh Easter wreath. Bend some of the chenille stems in half, cut and then set aside.

3 | Measure and Cut your Deco Mesh
First, unroll the deco mesh onto the cutting mat, then measure approximately 10″ and cut the strips. I saved some time by cutting three strips at one time. You should get 18 strips per roll, some of my rolls seemed to have more mesh than others. After cutting the strips, I set the them aside in piles per color, so they were easier to grab.

4 | Create a Curl and Secure With a Clip
Lay a strip of Deco Mesh onto your cutting mat, curl side up. Start at one end and roll into a curl, then secure the roll with a clip to hold in place. Repeat with two other colors and clip together.

5 | Secure Curls to your deco mesh wreath Base With a Chenille Stem
Bend a chenille stem over the center of three mesh curls and twist. As a result, you have created your first curl for your Easter wreath.

6 | Assemble Curls on the Wire Wreath Form
Tie your first curl to the two middle sections, you can also anchor to the edge of each section. I ended up with about eight mesh curls per section of the wreath base. Add eight curls to each section of your Easter wreath.

Continue adding curls to your wreath until there are eight per section, I used pink, purple and blue deco mesh. After you have secured all curls to your wreath, you can trim off the excess chenille stems from the back.
7 | Add Decorations to Your Easter Deco mesh Wreath
Finish your Easter Wreath by adding an Easter sign or bunny to the center. I found the perfect sign and some pastel eggs at the Dollar Store. Then I used my glue gun to secure the mesh.

This deco mesh wreath was really simple and lots of fun to make. I’m excited to start working on my next wreath. Check out my post on how to make a ST. PATRICK’S DAY WREATH with the ruffle curl method.
