1 | Effortless Table Top St. Patrick’s Day Decor
I swapped out my Valentine’s Day table runner for a shamrock print, lace table runner I found at Hobby Lobby. The repurposed wine bottles I made were finished by adding a little twine and finally the vinyl letters. After setting them on the table, I added some adorable cork shaped wax candles. Finally, I added a little sparkle to my faux plants with the green, glitter shamrock sticks I purchased on Amazon.

2 | Shamrock, Bead Garland is Perfect to Hang on the Mantel
Small command hooks attached to the top of the mantel hold the garland in place. I centered the white LUCKY letters, purchased at Hobby Lobby, between the two table top shamrocks. I love how this St. Patrick’s Day decor sparkles and pops against the stone.

3 | Add Some Luck to Your Railing
While shopping at Hobby Lobby, I found these gems. This St. Patrick’s Day garland is the perfect length. So simple, but yet colorful, especially after I hung them between the spindles on our railing.

4 | Create a Lucky DIY Shamrock Mesh Wreath
This is the first mesh wreath I have ever made and I love how it turned out. Not only was this fun to create, it cost me less than $10 to make. All of the supplies I used were purchased at the Dollar Store. CLICK HERE to see step-by-step instructions on how I created this beautiful, lucky Shamrock mesh wreath.

5 | Painted Wine Bottles Upcycled into Gorgeous St. Patrick’s Day Decor
These Spray painted wine bottles were super fun and inexpensive to make. You can use them as table top decor, a vase or candle holders, therefore, they are perfect St. Patrick’s Day decorations. To turn my upcycled wine bottles into St. Patrick’s Day candle holders, I added some twine and Vinotemp Champagne Cork Candles.

6 | St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Floral Arrangement
Festive for St. Patrick’s Day, I created this decorative floral arrangement using just a few simple items. First I took a vase, second filled it with White Paper Shred by Celebrate It™ and third added shamrock floral. I had a few more sparkly shamrocks left, so I used them to add a little more fun.

7 | Lucky Pillows, Towels and Candles
Firstly, a shamrock throw pillow to decorate for St Patrick’s Day is a great touch. Secondly, changing candle colors for each holiday makes your space feel more cheerful and inviting. Lastly, a Shamrock print towel used in your kitchen or bathroom adds a charming accent to your home.

After a few simple and affordable touches, my home is finally ready for St. Patrick’s Day. I would love to hear about your simple and inexpensive St. Patrick’s Day decor, please share.
St. Patrick’s Day Celebrated
St. Patrick’s Day gives Irish Americans an opportunity to celebrate their heritage. The history of the Shamrock dates back to the early middle ages. Saint Patrick was a Christian missionary who used a Shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity of Christianity. One leaf represents God the Father, one leaf represents God the Son and one leaf represents God the Holy Spirit. The Shamrock and the color green symbolize luck. According to folk tales, you should wear green on St. Patrick’s Day because green makes you invisible to Leprechauns. Wearing the color green on St. Patrick’s Day will prevent you from being pinched by this mythical creature.
